I now mostly buy new music on vinyl - which makes the library harder to maintain. ![]() ![]() The trouble is, I just switched from Spotify to Tidal for my music discovery needs, and for the first time I’m now thinking it may no longer be worth the hassle of adding the new stuff that I like to my iTunes library. It’s something I use a lot on the move, so most of it is synced to my phone - but I don’t honestly listen to it at home, that’s all vinyl/CDs. I have it all tagged the way I want it, with artwork, and with hundreds of playlists to organise it. I’ve been religiously maintaining my iTunes library since I got my first iPod in 2005.It’s a mixture of CD rips, iTunes/Bandcamp paid downloads, and latterly downloads that came with vinyl releases. ![]() Dear forum citizens, please offer me your thoughts!
